One combined annual service. Its price follows the workload of your website — there are no separate hosting and maintenance subscriptions.

Service window and response

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm East Africa Time, excluding public holidays. Normal response target: one business day. Complete-outage triage target: four business hours.

A response means acknowledgement and triage, not guaranteed resolution within that time. Monitoring runs continuously, but it is not staffed 24/7 engineering support.

Backups and restoration

Daily off-site backups with 14-day retention and quarterly restore checks. Transactional sites (bookings, stores) need a separately validated, stronger database-backup arrangement. Backups reduce risk; they do not guarantee zero data loss.

Mailbox specifications and service targets are confirmed in your service specification before you sign.

When a domain is included — and when it is not.

Free benefits cover one eligible standard primary domain (.com, .co.ke). Premium domains, additional domains and expired-domain recovery, redemption or acquisition are always charged. You remain the registered owner.

Business email

Real mailboxes, clearly specified.

The managed plan includes a set number of mailboxes (each a separate inbox with its own password and 5 GB storage) — see the table above. Aliases and forwarding addresses deliver to an existing mailbox and are not extra mailboxes.

You get standard webmail and mail-app access, setup assistance and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) to support delivery. Inbox placement cannot be guaranteed.

Moving historical email is a separate service. If your existing email works and you only want the website moved, we leave it as it is.

Need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? We assess and arrange it as a separate subscription — shared-hosting email does not include those licences, unlimited sending or unlimited storage. Newsletters, bulk campaigns and high-volume website sending may need separately priced services, such as our bulk SMS and email service.

Is the domain really free?

When Inara Crest builds your website and you take the Managed Website Plan, one eligible standard primary domain (.com, .co.ke) is registered free and its renewal is included while the plan stays active. If we build and deploy it and you maintain it, registration is free but you pay later renewals. Premium domains, additional domains and expired-domain recovery are always charged. Other extensions are quoted.

What happens to my domain if I stop the managed plan?

You remain the registered owner of your domain throughout. Renewal is included only while the qualifying plan is active; after that you renew it yourself, and we help you take over the account.

My domain has expired. Can you get it back?

Possibly. An expired domain can be in a grace, redemption or deleted state, and each carries different registry charges. We check its status first and quote any recovery — it is never included free, and recovery cannot be guaranteed.

What is the difference between renewal and transfer?

Renewal keeps a domain registered for another period with its current registrar. A transfer moves it to another registrar (usually with a year added). Recovery or redemption is a separate, charged process for expired domains.

Do I have to pay monthly?

The Managed Website Plan is billed annually. We show a monthly equivalent only to help you compare; it is not a cancellable monthly subscription.

Do the prices include tax and third-party charges?

Prices include tax. Identified third-party charges (for example payment-gateway fees, app-store accounts or premium plugins) are listed separately in your quotation before you accept it.

Can I keep my existing email when you move my website?

Yes. If your email works and you only want the website moved, we leave it in place. Moving historical email is a separate service.

How quickly do you respond?

Our service window is Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm East Africa Time, excluding public holidays. We aim to respond within one business day, and to triage a complete outage within four business hours. A response means acknowledgement and triage, not guaranteed resolution within that time. Monitoring runs continuously, but it is not staffed 24/7 engineering support.

Can you guarantee search rankings or sales?

No. We build sound search foundations (metadata, sitemap, performance and accessibility), but rankings and sales depend on many factors outside a website build. Ongoing SEO campaigns are not part of the packages.
