Information you send us

When you use the enquiry form, your email application opens a message addressed to info@inaracresttechnologies.com containing the details you entered — typically your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message. We receive this information only if you choose to send that email. We also receive any information you share when you call or email us directly.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide quotations and deliver and support the services you request. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and information stored on your device

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. When you first visit, a notice asks whether you accept optional cookies; you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Essential (always on). A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in to your account, and related cookies remember which organisation you are working in. Your language, theme, cart, form drafts and chat conversation are remembered in your browser, and your cookie choice is kept for 12 months. The site cannot work properly without these.

Optional (only if you choose “Accept all”). We measure how quickly our pages load on your device, recording the page address, the timing figures and whether it was a phone. This is sent only to our own server, is not linked to your name or account, and is used only to make the site faster.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

Domain, hosting and email services are provided through MavenHost, which has its own terms and privacy practices. This site also links to our social media profiles. Those sites are responsible for how they handle your information.

Your rights
