Weighbridge indicators and software integration

The weighbridge indicator shows the weight. Software turns that weight into a trustworthy, useful record.

Indicator interfaces

Indicators provide outputs over serial connections or the network. Software reads the stream continuously and captures values on command or automatically.

Capture only stable readings

Indicators report when a reading is stable. Software should accept weights only in that state and record the stability flag.

Remove manual entry

Typed weights invite mistakes and disputes. Weights should flow directly from indicator to record.

Produce tickets and reports

Print or email tickets with first and second weights, tare and net, and store them centrally. Daily reports summarise activity by customer, product and vehicle.

Integrate

• ANPR to identify vehicles automatically.
• ERP or accounting for invoicing and stock.
• Dispatch systems for orders and deliveries.
• Load control systems for axle and gross limits.

Secure configuration

Restrict who can change indicator and software settings, and log every change.
